Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive goods that are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Not as described
  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

We may request:

  • Photos of the product
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

If the goods are confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange:

  • Repair; or
  • Replacement; or
  • Refund

in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs will be covered by us where required under law.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The goods are unused
  • In original packaging
  • In saleable condition
  • Not fitted, installed or modified

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A reasonable restocking fee may apply.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for:

  • Special order items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Custom or modified products

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Goods returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
